The Mentalist is an American procedural drama television series that aired on CBS from September 23, 2008, until February 18, 2015. Created by executive producer Bruno Heller, the show spanned 151 episodes across seven seasons. The narrative follows Patrick Jane, portrayed by Simon Baker, a former celebrity psychic medium who publicly admits to being a fraud.
