Brad Greenquist was born on October 8, 1959 in Fort Meade, Maryland, United States. He began his screen career with a role in the 1989 film adaptation of Stephen King’s novel, appearing in Pet Sematary. He later acted in other motion pictures, including The Diary of Ellen Rimbauer, adding to a body of work that encompasses dozens of credited performances.

From the 1990s onward Greenquist became a familiar guest presence on American television, taking part in series such as Charmed and ER. He is also noted for having appeared in four separate installments of the Star Trek franchise, contributing to a range of characters across the series’ various iterations.

Although he did not ultimately secure the part, Greenquist was director Steven Soderbergh’s preferred choice for the role of Graham Dalton in Sex, Lies, and Videotape after Kyle MacLachlan and Aidan Quinn declined. The producers opted for a more widely recognized actor, and James Spader was cast instead.
