Chikao Ohtsuka was a Japanese voice actor. He was known for his roles in various anime and video game series. His notable roles include Captain Hook in Peter Pan no Bōken, Dick Dastardly in Wacky Races and Dastardly and Muttley in Their Flying Machines, Goemon Ishikawa XIII in Lupin III, Nezumi Otoko in GeGeGe no Kitaro, Denzō Yamada in Nintama Rantarō, Professor Moriarty in Sherlock Hound, Jagi in Fist of the North Star, Gol D.
