According to the initial investigation, the subject Nguyen Thi Hoai Phi often claimed to work in banking and knew many people working in the bank. Phi’s purpose is to defraud and appropriate the property of many people in Ninh Thuan province.

Specifically, Nguyen Thi Hoai Phi took advantage of Ms. T.’s trust in the city. Phan Rang – Thap Cham mortgaged one of its land use rights certificates to borrow 5 billion VND to invest in the project and mature at the bank.
Next, Nguyen Thi Hoai Phi agreed to help another person named L. (in Ninh Phuoc district, Ninh Thuan) complete the procedures to separate the land plot. Phi asked Mrs. L. to transfer 3 hectares of land to her name with the promise that after completing the procedure for separating the plot, she would transfer it back to Mrs. L’s name.
However, after Mrs. L. transferred 3 hectares of land, Nguyen Thi Hoai Phi transferred the above plot of land to Ms. T. to repay the 5 billion VND borrowed.
In addition, with the above tricks, Phi also fraudulently appropriated more than 2.2 billion VND from 2 other victims. Mr. Phi himself also owes the bank 640 million VND.
Currently, the Police Department continues to investigate and clarify to handle according to the law.
