Biography
William Richard Billy West is an American voice actor born on April 16, 1952, in Detroit, Michigan. He launched his career in the early 1980s by performing daily comedic routines on Boston radio station WBCN. He subsequently worked on the revival of Beany and Cecil and was a cast member on The Howard Stern Radio Show during the early to mid-1990s. West is best known for his voice work on Ren and Stimpy, Doug, and Futurama, with Philip J. Fry from Futurama and Stimpy from Ren and Stimpy being his favorite characters to originate. His notable film work includes providing the voices of both Bugs Bunny and Elmer Fudd in the 1996 film Space Jam.
