Alfred Molina is a British and American actor born May 24, 1953. He has worked in theater, film, and television for over five decades. Molina first gained recognition in the West End and received a Laurence Olivier Award nomination in 1980 for his role in Oklahoma!. On Broadway, he earned Tony Award nominations for his performances in Art and Fiddler on the Roof. His film work includes roles in movies such as Frida, Spider-Man 2, and Love Actually. Molina has been nominated for multiple awards including British Academy Film Awards, a British Independent Film Award, an Independent Spirit Award, and five Screen Actors Guild Awards. He has also received a Drama Desk Award for his stage work.
