Overview

Monsters at Work is a Disney animated television series that premiered in 2021. The show follows Tylor Tuskmon, a young monster who dreams of becoming a Scarer at Monsters Incorporated, only to discover that the company has shifted from generating power through fear to producing energy via laughter. After being reassigned to the Facilities Team, Tylor redirects his ambitions toward becoming a Jokester and working his way up to the Laugh Floor. The series features the return of characters from the Monsters franchise, including James P. Sullivan, and introduces new monsters navigating the evolving workplace at Monsters Incorporated.
