On December 14, a leader of the People’s Procuracy of Dak Song district, Dak Nong province said that the unit had written to request the People’s Court at the same level to transfer all records and documents of a divorce case showing signs of illegal behavior. having sexual intercourse with a person from 13 years old to under 16 years old so that the District Police Department can investigate and handle according to the provisions of law.

Previously, the People’s Procuracy of Dak Song district, Dak Nong province inspected the acceptance and resolution of the marriage and family case “Divorce, child custody dispute” according to acceptance notice No. 174 dated September 9/ 10/2023 accepted by the People’s Court of Dak Song district, resolved between the plaintiff, Ms. TTN (born May 23, 2000, residing in Dak Mol commune, Dak Song district) and the defendant, Mr. TVT (born 1995, residing with commune).
According to the petition, Ms. N. asked the People’s Court of Dak Song district to grant her a divorce from Mr. (born November 8, 2014) and TTT (born June 3, 2017).
Comparing the date of birth of Ms. N. with the date of birth of TTH, it shows that at the time of giving birth to child H., Ms. N. was only 14 years old, 5 months and 15 days. Thus, when Ms. N. became pregnant, she was “from 13 years old”.
During the investigation, the Prosecutor discovered that the case had signs of the crime of “Sex with a person from 13 years old to under 16 years old”. Therefore, the Procurator reported and proposed the Director of the Dak Song District People’s Procuracy to issue an official dispatch requesting the District People’s Court to transfer all family marriage case files with signs of crime to the Dak District Police Investigation Department. But to accept, verify and resolve according to the provisions of law.
After that, the Dak Song District People’s Court transferred all relevant records and documents to the Dak Song District Police Investigation Department for resolution according to regulations.
