She began her screen career in 1968 playing a nun in Richard Lester’s drama Petulia. The following year she appeared in The Reivers alongside her father, actor Will Geer. In 1971 she portrayed the deceased wife of the lead character in Kotch, appearing in flashback sequences, and became a regular cast member on The Jimmy Stewart Show, which continued through the next season.
