Biography
Edward Thomas Hardy CBE is an English actor, producer, writer, and former model. Born on September 15, 1977, in Hammersmith, London, he studied acting at the Drama Centre London. Hardy is recognized for his intense screen presence, versatility, and ability to portray complex, psychologically driven characters. Throughout his career, he has worked across independent films, major studio productions, and television. He has received several industry honors, including the 2011 BAFTA Rising Star Award, and has earned nominations for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor, two Critics' Choice Movie Awards, and two British Academy Film Awards. He is known for his work in both cult films and mainstream blockbusters.

Hardy made his film debut in Ridley Scott's Black Hawk Down in 2001. Following this, he appeared in Star Trek: Nemesis in 2002.
