Biography
Joseph Gordon-Levitt is an American actor and filmmaker, born February 17, 1981. He began acting as a child, appearing in films such as A River Runs Through It, Holy Matrimony, and Angels in the Outfield. Known for his roles in 500 Days of Summer and 50/50, he earned Golden Globe nominations for both performances. Gordon-Levitt also starred in Inception, Looper, and Snowden. He founded the online media platform HitRecord, which led to his winning two Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Interactive Program. He co-starred in the Netflix film Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F and portrayed Travis Kalanick in Showtime's Super-Pumped.
