Biography
Amanda Michelle Seyfried is an American actress born on December 3, 1985. She began her acting career at age 15 with roles on the soap operas As the World Turns and All My Children. Seyfried gained recognition for her film debut in Mean Girls and her television roles in Veronica Mars and Big Love. Her film work includes Mamma Mia!, Jennifer's Body, Dear John, and Les Misérables. She has received numerous accolades, including a Primetime Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award, and was nominated for an Academy Award for her portrayal of Marion Davies in Mank. Seyfried also starred as Elizabeth Holmes in the miniseries The Dropout, earning further critical acclaim.
