Coach Ngo Quang Truong and a group of “heroes” joined Bac Ninh Club
To realize their ambition, the Bac Ninh Club’s Board of Directors did not hesitate to spend heavily to invite coach Ngo Quang Truong and many former stars of Vietnamese football.

Coach Ngo Quang Truong was once the “god” of Nghe An football, from the role of player to coach. When he was a player, he spent more than 20 years with SLNA and during this time regularly appeared in the Vietnam national team. After retiring, Mr. Truong participated in coaching work. In his coaching career, coach Ngo Quang Truong once led SLNA (from 2014 to 2016 and from 2019 to 2021).
At the end of April 2021, after a period of unsuccessful performance by SLNA, coach Ngo Quang Truong resigned and was transferred to work at the youth level. Most recently, he and U15 SLNA participated in the 2023 National U15 tournament…

Also joining Bac Ninh Club with coach Ngo Quang Truong are a series of former stars of Vietnamese football, including Nguyen Quang Tinh, Dao Duy Khanh, Dao Nhat Minh, Au Van Hoan and Le Sy Minh.. .
Nguyen Quang Tinh was born in 1988, he used to play football for SLNA and XSKT Can Tho, and was also called to the U19 Vietnam national team. After the 2020 season ended, Nguyen Quang Tinh said goodbye to professional football to switch to soccer.

Dao Duy Khanh used to play for U23 Vietnam and Hanoi FC. This midfielder, born in 1994, has an impressive height of up to 1m83. Since the age of 17, Dao Duy Khanh has moved to the youth team of Hanoi T&T. His career progressed step by step. Khanh is in the youth team, respectively playing for U19 or U21 of Hanoi T&T and the youth U teams of the National team.
Dao Nhat Minh was born in 1992 in Quang Ninh, he played for V.League teams such as Than Quang Ninh, Hong Linh Ha Tinh and most recently played for SHB Da Nang in the 2023 season. In addition, during his career, this midfielder was also called up to the U23 Vietnam national team.
Le Sy Minh was born in 1993 in Thai Binh, but joined and grew up in the Nam Dinh football team. In the 2014 season, Le Sy Minh was promoted to the first team of Nam Dinh FC. In the 2019 season, Le Sy Minh said goodbye to the home team at Thien Truong Stadium to join Than Quang Ninh, and then he moved to play for Ho Chi Minh City FC and Hai Phong FC. During his playing career, Le Sy Minh was once called up to the national team.
Compared to the four names mentioned above, Au Van Hoan is the most famous. This player, born in 1989 in Nghe An, used to play for big teams in the V.League such as SLNA, B.Binh Duong, Ho Chi Minh City Club and SHB Da Nang. He won the 2011 V.League championship with SLNA and won the 2014-2015 V.League championship with B.Binh Duong, the 2015 National Cup, the 2014/2015 National Super Cup and the 2014 Mekong Club Championship.
