Immediately after the patient was transferred to the hospital, doctors quickly provided first aid and treatment, ensuring timely and most effective treatment.
Dr. Nguyen Hoang Long, Deputy Head of Spine Surgery Department, Viet Duc Hospital, said: The patient was admitted to the hospital due to a daily life accident, multiple injuries, dislocation of the T11 thoracic vertebra with complete spinal paralysis; skull appears subarachnoid, Glasgow 15 points; Fracture of ribs 1-4 on the right side, hemothorax on both sides.

The patient was transferred to the emergency operating room for bilateral pleural drainage; Surgery to correct spinal dislocations, stabilize the spine and release nerves.
However, because patient M has complete motor and sensory paralysis, recovery is poor. Doctors will continue to monitor and actively treat patients.
