He is known for portraying Mickey Milkovich on the Showtime series Shameless and Cael Malloy on the FX series The Riches. He also played Ellison Cotton Top Mounts in the miniseries Hatfields and McCoys, bully Troy McGinty in the 2001 film Max Keeble's Big Move, the vampire Vladimir in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 in 2012, and Michelangelo in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in 2014 and its 2016 sequel Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows. Additionally, Fisher has acted in television shows including Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior, Lie to Me, and Bones.
