Biography
Derek Richardson is an American actor born on January 18, 1976, in Queensbury, New York. He attended Colorado College from 1994 to 1998. Richardson began his acting career with guest roles on television series including Law and Order and Strangers with Candy. After moving to Los Angeles in 2002, he secured a recurring role on J.J. Abrams' television series Felicity as Keri Russell's love interest. Following this, he co-starred in the Dumb and Dumber prequel titled Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd, portraying a younger version of the character originally played by Jeff Daniels. He later starred alongside Jay Hernandez as one of the lead actors in the Lions Gate Entertainment horror film Hostel, which was directed by Eli Roth.
