Prior to 1964, she was frequently billed under the names Arline Sax, Arlene Sax, or Tasha Martel. Throughout her career, she made appearances in television programs including Perry Mason, where she played Fiona Cregan in The Case of the Absent Artist in 1962 and later guest starred as Sandra Dunkel in The Case of the Dead Ringer in 1966. She also appeared as T'Pring in the Star Trek episode Amok Time in 1967 and in the original The Outer Limits episode Demon with a Glass Hand in 1964.
