On the evening of December 18, Tu Nghia district police issued an order to prosecute and arrest the defendant for temporary detention for a period of 3 months, against Phan Thuong My (born 1979), in residential group 1, La town. Ha, Tu Nghia district, occupation of electrical worker in Tu Nghia district, for intentionally causing injury or harming the health of others.

According to Tu Nghia district police, previously at about 11:15 a.m. on December 8, 2023 at the intersection of Hung Nguyen – Da Son street, residential group 2, La Ha town, Tu Nghia district, subject Phan Thuong America used his hands and feet to hit LGK’s head, face, and abdomen (born in 2009, residing in residential group 2, same La Ha town), causing injuries and having to go to the emergency room at Quang Ngai Provincial General Hospital.
Through verifying the initial cause, Tu Nghia District Police said that during their previous studies at class 9E, La Ha Town Secondary School, K and Phan D.Kh (born 2009, son of Phan Thuong My) There was a conflict so Kh went back to talk to his father. After that, Phan Thuong My found and injured K.

On the morning of the same day (December 18, 2023), Tu Nghia District Police, in coordination with specialized agencies, conducted an injury assessment of LGK. As a result of the injury assessment, LGK was arrested. Phan Thuong My blocked and hit 12%.
