A jury in Georgia found Young Thug co-defendants Shannon Stillwell and Deamonte Kendrick not guilty of gang and murder charges. Kendrick, aka Yak Gotti, was acquitted on the dozens of charges against him, where Stillwell was found guilty of just one charge: possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Young Thug faced nearly a dozen charges, including possession of drugs and weapons, participation in criminal street gang activity, and conspiracy to violate Georgia’s RICO Act. The rapper was arrested in May of 2022 along with 27 other alleged gang members. Many of those defendants have taken plea deals in the case.
