According to information from the Traffic and Order Police Team (GT-TT), Van Yen District Police (Yen Bai Province), at about 2:40 p.m., on December 28, an accident occurred on a truck transporting concrete tanks. BKS 21C- 061.xx is driven by driver Ngo Hong S. (born 1995), assistant is Pham Quang Tr. (born 1995, residing in San Bay village, Dong Cuong commune, Van Yen district, Yen Bai province) moved in the direction of An Binh commune to Lam Giang commune.

When going to the Khe Se slope area, located in Khe Trang village (An Binh commune, Van Yen district), the car suddenly overturned and fell on the side of the road.
As a result of the accident, driver Pham Quang Tr. died on the spot, the tanker truck was seriously damaged, driver Ngo Hong S. was seriously injured, trapped in the cabin and was quickly pulled out of the vehicle by the authorities and taken to the emergency room.
