MoonPhase is a television series that follows paranormal photographer Kouhei as he encounters supernatural forces beyond his understanding. After an encounter with Hazuki, a vampire who has been waiting years for release from an abandoned castle, Kouhei finds his life dramatically changed. The vampire, unwilling to let her rescuer go, follows him to his home where she begins creating various complications in his daily existence. What starts as domestic disruption quickly escalates as Kouhei discovers he has become involved with darker supernatural elements. The series explores his adjustment to this new reality while dealing with the consequences of his encounter with the supernatural. As mysterious forces begin to gather around him, Kouhei must navigate a world of paranormal activity that challenges everything he thought he knew about reality.
