The story follows Takeshi Hongo, a promising young man with a passion for motorcycle racing. His life changes when he is kidnapped by Shocker, an evil secret organization planning to dominate the world. After being remodeled into a grasshopper-like cyborg, Hongo escapes his captors and swears to protect the world from the organization's inhuman monsters.
