Biography
Shaun Toub is an Iranian-American actor. He was born in Tehran, Iran and raised in Manchester, England. Toub moved to Switzerland at the age of fourteen and later to Nashua, New Hampshire, where he completed his high school education. His high school yearbook notes that he was considered the funniest guy in school and the most likely to succeed in the entertainment world. Toub is of Persian Jewish background. He has appeared in films such as Crash and The Kite Runner, and the film adaptation of the Iron Man comic book series, in which he played the role of Yinsen.
