Wilson was a main cast member on the AMC television series The Walking Dead from 2011 to 2013, playing the role of veterinarian and Greene family patriarch. He also appeared in the television series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation as casino mogul Sam Braun. Wilson passed away on October 6, 2018, at the age of 76.
