Ray McKinnon (born November 15, 1957 in Adel, Georgia) is an American male actor, screenwriter, film director and producer. He earned a theatre degree from Valdosta State University and has accumulated 77 credited roles. From 1998 until her death on October 25, 2010, he was married to actress and producer Lisa Blount. Together they received the Academy Award for Live Action Short Film in 2001 for The Accountant, a short produced by Ginny Mule Pictures, a company he co‑founded with Blount and Walton Goggins. McKinnon currently resides in Little Rock, Arkansas, the hometown of his late wife. He is also credited under the names Raymond McKinnon and Raymond Wilkes.
