Dacascos has portrayed the Chairman on Food Network's Iron Chef America and its spin-off, Iron Chef Australia, where his character is presented as the nephew of the original Japanese Iron Chef's Chairman. He has also appeared in various other roles, including Eric Draven in The Crow: Stairway to Heaven and Eubulon, the Advent Master, on Kamen Rider Dragon Knight.
