Josh Brolin
Biography
Josh James Brolin, born February 12, 1968, is an American actor and producer. The son of actor James Brolin, he first gained recognition for his role in the 1985 adventure film The Goonies. After a period of limited success, Brolin re-emerged with a starring role in the 2007 crime film No Country for Old Men. His portrayal of Dan White in the 2008 biopic Milk earned him a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor. Notable film roles include appearances in W. (2008), True Grit (2010), Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps (2010), Men in Black 3 (2012), Oldboy (2013), Inherent Vice (2014), Everest (2015), and Hail, Caesar! (2016). He also became widely known for his performance as Thanos in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
