Javier Ángel Encinas Bardem is a Spanish actor born on March 1, 1969. He comes from a family of actors, with his mother Pilar Bardem also being an actress. Bardem has had a career spanning over thirty years and has received numerous accolades, including an Academy Award, seven Goya Awards, a BAFTA Award, and a Golden Globe Award. He gained recognition for his roles in Spanish films such as Jamón jamón, Boca a boca, Carne trémula, Los lunes al sol, and Mar adentro. Notable international roles include his portrayal of Anton Chigurh in the Coen brothers' film and performances in Before Night Falls, Biutiful, and Being the Ricardos, for which he received Academy Award nominations.
