He is best known for playing Chuck Larabee on the sitcom Last Man Standing and Dr. Daniel Goodman during the first season of the crime drama Bones. He has been a series regular on NBC's American Dreams from 2002 to 2005 and in the short-lived ABC crime drama Women's Murder Club. He has also had recurring roles on The American Embassy in 2002 and Dark Winds in 2022. Additionally, he has appeared on numerous television shows including Crossing Jordan, NCIS, Frasier, and Desperate Housewives.
