Joseph Vincent Lo Truglio is an American actor, comedian, writer, and producer born on December 2, 1970. He is widely recognized for his portrayal of Charles Boyle on the Fox and NBC sitcom Brooklyn Nine-Nine. His television career also includes roles as a cast member on the series The State and Reno 911!. In addition to his television work, Lo Truglio has appeared in numerous films. His notable motion picture credits include Wet Hot American Summer, I Love You, Man, Superbad, Paul, Role Models, and Wanderlust.
