Jensen Ross Ackles is an American actor, producer, director, and singer born on March 1, 1978, in Dallas, Texas. Raised in Richardson, he began taking acting classes during high school, inspired by his father, actor Alan Ackles. At the age of 18, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in television and film. Ackles is widely recognized for his extensive work in the entertainment industry, maintaining a career that spans several decades.
