Jason Joseph Connery, born January 11, 1963, in London, England, is an English actor, director, and producer. He is the son of Sean Connery and Diane Cilento. He first achieved fame in 1986 by taking over the role of Robin Hood from Michael Praed in the television series Robin of Sherwood, which was broadcast by HTV and also referenced as an ITV series. His film credits as an actor include The Secret Life of Ian Fleming, Wishmaster 3, Bullet to Beijing, and Shanghai Noon. As a director, he is best known for the 2017 sports biopic Tommy's Honour. Additionally, he produced the series The Rig for Amazon Prime in 2023.
