He has appeared in numerous films, including Used Cars, TerrorVision, National Lampoon's Class Reunion, and Greetings. He collaborated multiple times with director Brian De Palma, appearing in Greetings, Hi, Mom, Home Movies, and The Phantom of the Paradise, in which he played the role of Beef, an Alice Cooper-inspired rock star. In addition to his film work, Graham appeared in two different roles on television within the Star Trek franchise, portraying the Hunter of Tosk on Star Trek Deep Space Nine and a member of the Q Continuum named Quinn in the Star Trek Voyager episode Death Wish.
