Known for playing diverse roles across her career, her credits include portraying Julie Costello on Steven Bochco's television series Murder One, Dr. Bambi Berenbaum on The X-Files, and Talon, the first female Crow, on The Crow: Stairway to Heaven. She also starred as the Chameleon in a series of movies for Paramount and appeared in the 1998 film Chameleon. Following her role as a missionary doctor in the jungle in the World Wide Pictures film Last Flight Out, Phillips retired from acting in 2003.
