Amy Abigail Nuttall is an English actress and singer born in Blackburn, Lancashire on June 7, 1982. She was educated at Bury Grammar School for Girls and trained at Tring Park School for the Performing Arts. Nuttall performed with the National Youth Music Theatre, playing the lead role of Princess Ismene in Aurelius at the Tyne Opera House in Newcastle and the Assembly Rooms in Edinburgh in August 1997. She is known for her television and film roles, including playing Chloe Atkinson in the ITV soap opera Emmerdale from 2000 to 2005, housemaid Ethel Parks in the ITV and PBS period drama Downton Abbey from 2011 to 2012, and Little Jane Butterfield in the film Beetlejuice Beetlejuice.
