Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee said that Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Kim Toan has just chaired a conference with leaders of departments and localities to provide guidance on poverty reduction work.
Mr. Le Kim Toan emphasized that, in the Resolution of the 20th Party Congress, by 2025, “the poverty rate of Binh Dinh is lower than the average poverty rate of the whole country”.
Currently, the poverty rate according to multidimensional standards in Binh Dinh is 3.13%, higher than the national average of 2.93%.
“We must strive to influence each specific household, according to each criterion and clearly define the responsibilities of state agencies, households, roadmaps, resources… to achieve the proposed results”, Mr. Toan said.
Binh Dinh leads the country in administrative reform
