A young twin brother and sister are dead after a bizarre incident that first came out as a medical emergency to 911 dispatchers Miami day police say a passer by on a Northbound ramp from I95 to the turnpike in the pal Meadow made the 911 call officers found the two Children unresponsive in the backseat of an SUV and by the time they showed up the female driver of that SUV jumped the railing landing on the railroad tracks below that uh adult female uh went over the railing to the on-ramp onto the railroad tracks which is a considerable Distance the two children were rushed to the hospital where both were pronounced dead there should be no incident that results in loss of a child especially the ages of 3 and four years old and uh we just really hope we can figure out exactly what happened here thanks for Watching stay updated about breaking news and top stories on the NBC News app or follow us on social media
