This King Tiger Got “Nerfed”

The rare German Tiger II 10.5cm used to be an extremely powerful tank in War Thunder, but some WT players aren’t so sure anymore. It recently had its APHE round nerfed so that it doesn’t overpressure, but it does have a lot more penetration. So is it really a nerf or a buff?
