How can you tell which pasta, rice and pulses brands are actually the most sustainable?
Thanks to the research of The GOOD Shopping Guide, we can reveal which brands are doing more for the environment and which ones are falling short.
The best choice on the table is Ethically-Accredited Mangia! Pasta which sources its wheat from ancient grain varieties from Italy with naturally lower gluten content.
So in the bottom, red-coloured portion of the table, we’ve got the unethical brands which did not perform well in our research. These include Ben’s Original, Napolina and Cypressa. To check out whether you’re favourites are in the red, take a look at the full table to see all the brands.
