The girl described the surrounding scene as chaotic, with many electric motorbikes collapsing before the strong wind.
“This is the first time I’ve witnessed this scene. The weather forecast was for rain and cold, but I didn’t think it would come with such strong winds,” she said.
After the incident, the family moved the wedding theater and equipment to the football field 100 meters away. It took a long time for them to settle the seats for the guests and start the program.
The dangerous scene made viewers “heart-stopping”, attracting many likes, comments and shares on social networks.
