"Shakugan no Shana" is a television series that premiered in 2005. The series is a mix of action, adventure, drama, science fiction, fantasy, and comedy genres. It follows the story of a 15-year-old boy who is murdered by a demonic being and has his life force replaced by a flame. The flame gradually dims each day, and when it dies, no one will remember he was ever alive. The boy meets a warrior with a burning sword, who is guided by the will of a god. The two form a bond as the warrior's accomplice in battles to maintain balance between the ordinary world and the warrior's world.
