In this incarnation the title character is promoted to the role of Head of Special Delivery Service and is equipped with a pilot’s licence and a variety of new transport options. The premise centres on Pat delivering parcels to locations that are difficult to reach, such as the summit of a mountain or the middle of the sea, and handling items that range from a giant ice block to a runaway cow.
