Overview
Mahou Sentai Magiranger is a television series created by Saburo Yatsude that originally premiered on February 13, 2005. The series follows the Ozu siblings, consisting of Makito, Houka, Urara, Tsubasa, and Kai. The siblings discover they are Magicians of Justice after monsters from the Underground Hades Empire Infershia begin attacking the terrestrial world. Their mother, Miyuki, informs them of their roles and initially leads the defense against the Infershia, who seek to revive their emperor, N Ma. Following the death of their mother, the siblings must unite to protect Earth and Magitopia. They are assisted in their efforts by a character named Mandoraboy and gain access to a magic room. The cast of the series includes Atsushi Hashimoto, Asami Kai, Yuki Ito, Hiroya Matsumoto, and Ayumi Beppu. The show aired on TV Asahi and concluded its run in 2006. The narrative focuses on the siblings coming together to confront the threats posed by the underground empire.
