Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness is an American animated comedy television series that premiered in 2011. The show is co-produced by DreamWorks Animation Television and Nickelodeon Animation Studio and is based on the Kung Fu Panda franchise. The series serves as a bridge between the first and second films in the franchise. It follows the adventures of Po, the Dragon Warrior, as he lives in his permanent home at the Jade Palace with the rest of the Furious Five. Throughout the series, Po trains to become a hero in the Valley of Peace while he protects, fights, teaches, learns, stumbles, and talks too much. The program features voice performances from actors including Mick Wingert, Kari Wahlgren, Fred Tatasciore, and Max Koch. The series ran from 2011 until 2016 and is rated TV-PG.
