Grim & Evil 2001

Overview

Grim & Evil is an American animated television series created by Maxwell Atoms and originally promoted as The Grim & Evil Show. The program premiered on Cartoon Network on August 24 2001 and was presented in a format that paired two distinct segments within each episode. One segment followed the macabre adventures of a skeletal reaper and two children, while the other featured a villainous carnival troupe; together they defined the series’ blend of animation and comedy aimed at a TV‑Y7 audience. After its initial run, the two recurring segments were separated and launched as independent series. The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy began its own broadcast on June 13 2003, and Evil Con Carne also emerged as a standalone show.
