Overview
Deaimon: Recipe for Happiness is an anime television series based on the manga by Rin Asano. The show, which was produced by Encourage Films, aired in Japan from April to June 2022. The story follows Nagomu Irino, who returns to his family home in Kyoto for the first time in ten years after his father is hospitalized. Nagomu intends to take over Ryokushou, the family business that specializes in Japanese sweets. However, upon his return, he is asked to act as a father figure to a young girl named Itsuka Yukihira. Itsuka is regarded by those around her as the successor to the shop. The series explores the dynamics between Nagomu and Itsuka as they navigate their new roles within the family establishment.
