Overview

Batwheels is an American animated superhero children's television series created by Michael G. Stern. The show premiered on September 17, 2022, on HBO Max and later made its linear debut on October 17, 2022, as part of the Cartoonito preschool block on Cartoon Network. It is the second preschool television series based on DC comic books. The narrative follows a team of sentient, super-powered vehicles consisting of Bam, Redbird, Bibi, Batwing, and Buff. These characters were created by the Batcomputer and work alongside Batman, Robin, and Batgirl to keep Gotham City safe. As a newly formed super-team, the mechanized heroes must navigate the challenges of crimefighting while also dealing with the growing pains associated with being children. Throughout their adventures, the team learns important lessons about friendship and teamwork. The series features voice performances from actors including Jacob Bertrand, Noah Kaye Bentley, Madigan Kacmar, and Lilimar. The show is rated TV-Y and has spanned multiple seasons.
