Ashita no Nadja is a television series set approximately one hundred years ago that follows the life of a bright and cheerful girl named Nadja. Raised in an orphanage located near London, England, Nadja was placed in the facility as an infant. Throughout her childhood, she believed that both of her parents were deceased. However, as she approaches her thirteenth birthday, she discovers evidence suggesting that her mother might still be alive. This revelation prompts Nadja to depart from the orphanage to embark on a journey to locate her mother. The narrative unfolds across Europe, which serves as the primary setting for her travels. As she traverses the continent, Nadja engages in an exciting adventure driven by her quest to uncover the truth about her family history. The series documents her experiences as she navigates this search while traveling through various locations throughout Europe.
