Yoh Yoshinari is a Japanese anime director, key animator, and storyboard artist born in Tokyo, Japan, on May 6, 1971. He graduated from Tokyo Designer Gakuin College and began his professional career by joining Madhouse in 1992. He left Madhouse the same year and joined Gainax, where he remained until 2011. In 2011, he joined Imaishi and other former Gainax employees to form Studio Trigger. Known for directing, Yoshinari holds fifty-two known credits in the industry. He is also recognized by alternate romanized spellings including You Yoshinari and Yo Yoshinari, and goes by the Japanese stage name 吉成曜.
