He is known for playing Special Agent Nick Torres on the CBS series NCIS and Fez on the sitcom That '70s Show, which ran from 1998 to 2006. His other television credits include hosting the MTV series Yo Momma from 2006 to 2007, voicing Manny in the children's show Handy Manny from 2006 to 2013, and portraying Carlos Madrigal in From Dusk till Dawn: The Series from 2014 to 2016. He also held recurring roles on Grey's Anatomy and The Ranch in 2016. In film, he provided the voice of Agustín Madrigal in Encanto.
